VP, Product Delivery & Growth - AI

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive product-led growth in AI for Skilled Nursing by establishing early wins and customer adoption
• Define validation priorities and collaboration with engineering for early adoption strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies while ensuring field readiness
• Influence product roadmap decisions through customer feedback and market engagement
• Build and lead high-performance teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in product, growth, strategy, or adoption within HealthTech, SaaS, or Senior Living
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's preferred
• Success in scaling B2B SaaS products post-launch to sustained market growth
• Experience with AI-enabled or data-driven products in relevant portfolio areas
• Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders in complex environments
• Direct engagement with enterprise customers to validate value and shape strategy
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making with both qualitative and quantitative insights

Compensation

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
