About the role
The Senior Leader of the Wealth Product Management COE will lead the strategic roadmaps for Advisor, Investor, and Intelligent Insights capabilities, ensuring Broadridge wealth provides next-gen digital capabilities to clients. This role will also be responsible for creating and executing the digital strategy and overall product roadmap, focusing on advisor, investor, and data insight solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand the wealth marketplace, innovation industry trends, and technology, competitors, gather voice of the client/prospects to ensure functional competitiveness and 'being innovative' to transform the industry and digital product offerings.
- Collaborate and identify new innovations, asset types, and solutions to ensure offerings are ahead of market trends and demands to generate new revenues.
- Create, execute, and maintain the digital engagement wealth strategic product roadmap supporting the successful industry adaptation of integration capability approach leveraging Broadridge, client, and third-party best-in-class solutions.
- Focus on advisor, investor (digital self-serve) and trading solutions, understand the Wealth Platform capabilities, client needs, and industry challenges to drive additional investment priorities for market leadership in digital engagement solutions.
- Create and drive business case approvals for strategic investments to continue the evolution of the Broadridge wealth platform (e.g., advisor insights via workstation), enriching component solutions and investor self-service capabilities.
- Provide leadership and analysis to ensure product pricing models are flexible, profitable, and industry-leading to support sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, development, technology, and QA partners to ensure a successful, profitable product line.
- Expand our integration partner network to broaden our wealth capability offerings in collaboration with business, technology, QA, solutions, sales, and marketing to increase sales and professional service revenue and increase brand awareness.
- Focusing on delivering superior unified client experiences (e.g., digital UI/UX across the platform) while enabling clients to mitigate data risk.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to achieve financial and strategic goals of the North American Wealth business.
- Understand revenue and expense management for your product set in terms of delivering new products and services.
- Drive regular reporting to provide transparency into strategy, product roadmap, timelines, and financials.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and insight to fellow associates to continue career advancement of team.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Wealth Management industry in a leadership role.
- Specific experience in digital advisor widgets, customer self-service capabilities, trading solutions, strategy, finance (business case creation & pricing models), and product management (focused on product lifecycle management).
- Innovative approach to next generation wealth management, UI/UX experience to create a unified user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of financial services, securities processing, wealth management industry preferred.
- Strong leadership skills in product management, best-of-breed wealth solutions, technologies, and digital best practices.
- Hands-on experience creating strategy, business cases, and product innovations related to product management.
- Strong product management experience in data and system integration from a business and technical perspective in support of our wealth strategy.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Motivated self-starter who can collaborate, team player with solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver effective oral and written communications.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional team is a plus.
Pay
$330,000.00 - $350,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
