About the role

As VP People, Enterprise Operations, you will lead the People Strategy and People Priorities for HP’s Enterprise Operations organization—a global team of nearly 11,000 employees. This role encompasses key initiatives in Organization & Culture, Talent & Leadership, and Inclusion, as well as core HR fundamentals such as organization design, workforce planning, talent and learning, inclusion, employee relations, executive recruiting, and onboarding. You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and country HR teams to support multiple L2 Enterprise Operations business leaders with large global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead People Strategy and priorities for HP’s Enterprise Operations organization.
  • Drive key initiatives in Organization & Culture, Talent & Leadership, and Inclusion.
  • Oversee HR fundamentals: organization design, workforce planning, talent and learning, inclusion, employee relations (including awareness of employment law across 40+ countries), executive recruiting, and onboarding.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and executive coach to the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer and their leadership team.
  • Collaborate with HR CoEs and country HR teams to develop HR business partners supporting global teams.
  • Develop and implement organizational change initiatives, global workforce plans, and organization capabilities.
  • Partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions and programs while managing costs, quality, and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, including HR Business Partnering or an HR executive role.
  • Proven experience managing people and leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in global workforce planning and organization design.
  • Strong track record in coaching and positively influencing leaders.
  • Experience partnering with leaders to deliver HR solutions and programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline (strongly preferred).
  • Global organizational leadership experience with resources located worldwide.
  • Previous experience in Operations, particularly Supply Chain, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15-20%.

  • Partnering and influence: Ability to build trust and consistency to drive positive outcomes for the organization and people, supporting HP’s values and advocating for inclusive environments.
  • Execution: Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results, leveraging strong business acumen and analytic capability to integrate HR and business strategies.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $260,000 to $320,000 annually (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
