About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Alameda, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to advise on organizational design and talent strategies
• Deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives and drive results
• Develop a strategic HR framework supporting business performance
• Enhance employee engagement and promote a customer-focused workforce
• Create and maintain a talent pipeline through effective succession planning
• Foster a high-performance culture prioritizing diversity and inclusion
• Lead the development of a skilled HR team, focused on operational excellence

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR leadership experience with a focus on strategic partnership
• Proven ability to operationalize business strategies with HR insights
• Experience in pre-IPO or IPO readiness preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations desirable
• Strong talent strategy and culture enhancement experience
• Agility in navigating change in diverse business environments
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Pay

$290,440 – $350,000 annually
