About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global people strategy in partnership with executive leadership
• Design and implement programs for employee engagement and performance improvement
• Enhance the complete employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding
• Direct organizational design efforts to facilitate effective scaling
• Develop and oversee the global compensation and benefits framework
• Guide employee relations and provide HR leadership on various employee matters
• Manage all HR operations and compliance requirements globally
• Lead the talent acquisition function to secure top talent and promote diversity
• Champion company culture by acting as a trusted HR business partner

Qualifications

• 12+ years of advanced HR leadership experience, with 3 years in a senior role in high-growth tech firms
• Experience managing global teams across various countries and time zones
• Expertise in organizational design and workforce planning in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge in compensation and benefits structuring, including equity plan administration
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
• Strong communication abilities for interaction with executive management
• High emotional intelligence, balancing empathy with decision-making
• Operational leadership skills that combine strategic vision with execution capabilities

Pay

$220,000 – $250,000 annually
