Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel and strategic partners.
- Build strong relationships with key partners to drive joint business planning and co-selling opportunities.
- Define and manage partner programs, including incentives, enablement, and performance metrics.
- Build an ISV program early-stage through scalable repeatable motion.
- Identify and prioritize integration partners that expand product value.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support partner success.
- Track, analyze, and report on partner performance and pipeline.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences.
- Evaluate and promote strategic technology partners that expand our offering for both partners and direct sellers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or business development in the software/SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools.
