About the role
The VP of Strategy, Innovation & Partnerships at Feastables will set long-term direction for the consumer goods division, translate it into actionable growth initiatives, and own the business management of all consumer goods partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Define and align leadership on a 3–5 year consumer goods strategy with clear growth pillars and investment roadmap
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new brand and product opportunities
- Build and manage a repeatable innovation pipeline from concept through validation and launch
- Launch 2–3 new consumer brands or product lines with validated market traction
- Develop and prioritize international expansion strategy, including market sequencing and entry approach
- Own business and relationship management for all consumer goods partnerships
- Assess, structure, and manage partnerships including licensing and co-branded initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership on capital allocation and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with operational leaders to transition new concepts into scaled execution
- Synthesize market, competitive, and consumer insights into clear strategic direction
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, operations, and finance
- Hire and develop strategic talent as the function scales
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, consumer goods, or related fields
- Proven track record of building and scaling new products, brands, or business lines
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and define new organizational capabilities
- Experience in global consumer brand expansion (preferred)
- Experience in partnerships, licensing, or joint venture development
- Exposure to creator-led or digitally native brands
- Experience in high-growth or founder-led environments
Pay
The annual base salary for this role falls between $200,000-$255,000.
