Who You Are
You are a relationship-builder, a closer, and a brand thinker. The ideal candidate brings:
- 7+years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, or revenue generating roles, with a demonstrated track record of closing and stewarding high-value relationships.
- Experience holding your own portfolio while leading and developing a team; you are a player-coach who can model the work and develop others simultaneously
- Proven pitching and presentation skills; you are comfortable in a boardroom, at a funder meeting, and in a pitch meeting, and you know how to read a room and close
- Demonstrated success setting brand direction and overseeing marketing or communications functions, with the ability to translate complex program outcomes into compelling external narratives
- Strong written communication skills: from partner proposals to grant narratives to impact reports, your writing moves people to act
- Familiarity with health systems, corporate social responsibility, education, or youth-serving sectors; experience working with health systems or school districts is a strong plus
- Comfort building and operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-growth environment where you may be creating systems and structures from scratch
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to pipeline management and relationship tracking. And a data-driven approach to pipeline management and relationship tracking

Requirements
- Required Bachelor's degree in business, public health, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or revenue leadership in any sector.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success closing and growing partnerships, accounts, or revenue relationships and managing a portfolio of accounts
- Travel to HealthCorps hubs, partner sites, and sector events will be required
