About the Role
Responsible for leading the company's overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Vice President of Sales & Marketing provides executive leadership over sales, marketing, product positioning, business development, pricing strategy, and customer relationships while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall sales and marketing strategy, annual operating plan, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Sales and Marketing teams, establishing clear goals, KPIs, and accountability.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account development, new business acquisition, channel development, and market expansion.
- Oversee branding, digital marketing, trade shows, advertising, public relations, website strategy, and social media initiatives.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and voice-of-customer initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to align product development and commercialization strategies with customer needs.
- Develop pricing strategies and sales policies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships with key accounts, distributors, OEMs, and strategic partners.
- Monitor sales forecasts, pipeline activity, market trends, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing leaders.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, trade associations, and conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales and marketing leadership experience, including executive leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multimillion-dollar revenue portfolios.

Working Conditions
