VP of Production

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all production and project management operations.
• Cook with architects, permit runners, and inspectors.
• Hire and manage project managers.
• Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, inspections, and quality control.
• Implement and refine SOPs for scalable growth.
• Support strategic expansion into new markets.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in residential construction leadership.
• Experience with new construction, additions, kitchens, baths, and major renovations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Existing subcontractor network preferred.
• Experience building scalable operational systems.

Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment.
• Pay: $20 to $45 per hour (based on experience) during the 90-day probation.
