About the role

As the VP of Product Management, Trust & Safety at Match Group, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the safety and trust of users across all platforms. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive product innovation and strategy that enhances user experiences while maintaining high standards of security and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and user needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing features that improve user trust and safety.
• Oversee the development of policies and guidelines that ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product managers to integrate new technologies and features that enhance the user experience.
• Monitor user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of data protection and user privacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in the tech industry.
• Experience in developing and enforcing product policies and guidelines.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to translate them into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the social networking, dating, or similar industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
