Role Overview

As VP of Product for AI Platforms, you will own the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scovai's AI-powered platform capabilities—translating cutting-edge research and emerging AI/ML advancements into market-leading product experiences. You will serve as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, driving unified strategy and ruthless prioritization. From defining platform architecture principles to championing responsible AI practices, your decisions will directly influence how thousands of organizations hire, develop, and augment their talent. Responsibilities

• Define and drive the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered platform capabilities
• Translate cutting-edge AI/ML research and emerging advancements into market-leading product experiences
• Serve as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, driving unified strategy and ruthless prioritization
• Define platform architecture principles and champion responsible AI practices
• Build and mentor a world-class product team
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and strategic partners
• Participate at the executive table, shaping company direction

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI governance, fairness, explainability and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EEO, HIPAA)
• Proven track record building developer-focused platforms, public APIs/SDKs and partner integration ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, model deployment/monitoring, observability and data-pipeline reliability (drift detection, lineage)
• Strong go-to-market experience for enterprise SaaS (packaging, pricing, sales enablement and customer success alignment)
• Experience scaling product organizations in high-growth startups, including hiring/coaching senior PMs and instituting cross-functional delivery processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR Tech, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Management platforms
• Familiarity with responsible AI, explainability, and auditable AI frameworks
• Track record of scaling B2B SaaS platform products from growth to enterprise stage
• Experience working with LLMs, agentic AI, or AI-augmented workflow products
• Prior experience in a confidential or stealth-mode high-growth startup environment
