About the role

As the first VP of Product at OneNotary, Inc., you will transform a notary-focused service into a multi-vertical human verification infrastructure platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the product strategy, build the PM organization from scratch, and define the APIs powering strategic partnerships with giants like DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire product strategy and roadmap across core verticals like notary and I-9, plus expansion into fraud deflection and lending solutions.
• Build and scale the product management organization from zero, hiring and developing a high-performance PM team to support enterprise expansion.
• Lead the embedded and API product experience, managing high-stakes design partnerships with top-tier enterprise accounts and strategic ISV partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership in B2B SaaS, having scaled a platform company through the $10M to $50M+ ARR growth phase.
• Deep expertise in API-first or embedded platform products, matching patterns from industry leaders like Stripe, Plaid, Twilio, or Okta.
• Founder-adjacent DNA and the ability to thrive in regulated domains like fintech or legaltech while partnering closely with a technical founding team.

$250-300K base salary + 20% bonus + equity
