Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple care centers, balancing corporate oversight and on-site presence
• Drive growth initiatives, including provider expansion and M&A activity
• Oversee financial performance with full P&L responsibility and budgeting oversight
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including CMS standards
• Champion patient satisfaction, quality assurance, and risk management programs

Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of practice management experience
• Proven multi-site leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen with exposure to revenue cycle management
• Demonstrated ability to lead within a physician partner model and drive change
