VP of Operations - Construction - NEW Tulsa Office

Your New Company
A 50+ year old, multiple award-winning, Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family, Federal, Industrial, TI & Wider Commercial builds.
With their Head Office located just off the i-25 in the North side of the Denver Metro Area, this organization is one of the premier Colorado General Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the OKC Region (P&L, Hiring, Business Development etc)
• Reporting directly into the President
• Office in Tulsa from Day 1
• Building out the operation as you see fit
• First 30 days spent in Denver learning the business, culture standards and SOPs
• Continued monthly visits to Head Office
• Managing 2-4 projects scheduled to break ground over the Summer in OKC
• Overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects
• Understanding OKC building regs and laws

Requirements

• OKC roots
• Confident with Procore and wider scheduling software
• Project Spends = $30M and above
• 10+ years within a GC environment
• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
• An understanding of OKC building regs and laws

Qualifications

• Proven history of contacts and a network in OKC to use from Day 1

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in GC environment
• Knowledge of OKC building regulations and laws
