VP of Operations

About the role

The VP of Operations is an executive leader reporting to the President, with accountability for all manufacturing operations including machine shop, assembly, test, facilities maintenance, procurement, planning and safety. This role owns operational performance, productivity, capital expenditures for production equipment, and team development while driving results in OTD, TAT, and annual cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-function operations organization with full accountability for all associated business results
• Lead operations team to deliver >95% on time delivery of quality product to CEF customers
• Drive productivity, cost savings, and continuous improvement through consistent operational strategy and holding the team accountable for simple metrics
