The VP of National Security Solutions oversees strategic initiatives that enhance national security solutions across Siemens operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national security strategies aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into product development
• Manage relationships with government agencies and industry partners to secure contracts and partnerships
• Oversee compliance with national security regulations and standards
• Lead cybersecurity efforts to protect Siemens assets and data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or security studies
• Minimum 10 years of experience in national security, cybersecurity, or related fields
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
• Strong understanding of national security policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
