Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the company
- Integrate security teams into a unified, high-performing organization
- Collaborate with the CISO to ensure a seamless security posture
- Conduct sensitive internal investigations related to security incidents
- Implement a dynamic risk management framework across divisions
- Ensure compliance with DoD and government security obligations
- Promote a company-wide culture of common sense security
Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership in diverse security roles
- Experience as a CSO or senior security role in publicly traded tech or defense
- Expertise in Physical Security, Industrial Security, and Counterintelligence
- Proven track record of building and leading cross-functional security teams
- Current and active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
