Join Pax8 to lead hyperscale vendor strategy, shape cloud growth, and accelerate the future of the marketplace through high-impact global partnerships. This is a rare opportunity to own some of the most influential vendor relationships in the cloud ecosystem while helping Pax8 scale its marketplace vision globally.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction for how Pax8 works with global hyperscale vendors, building a clear strategy that drives cloud growth across regions and keeps teams focused on the biggest opportunities.
- Bring corporate and regional go-to-market activity together so sales, product, marketing and support teams are working from one connected plan.
- Act as the executive relationship owner for hyperscale partners, building trust, influencing investment discussions and helping shape joint priorities that create long-term value.
- Turn performance data into action by spotting what is working, where momentum is slowing, and how to sharpen execution across the business.
- Create scalable sales plays, enablement programs and technical alignment that help partners adopt solutions faster and more confidently.
- Champion innovation by identifying new ways to monetize vendor relationships, unlock marketplace growth and strengthen Pax8’s position as the preferred technology marketplace.
- Represent Pax8 in executive briefings, business reviews and strategic conversations that shape future vendor collaboration.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, giving people clarity, coaching and room to grow while keeping standards high and collaboration strong.
- Drive a strong business rhythm through clear objectives, regular performance reviews and meaningful insights that keep priorities moving forward.
Requirements
You bring substantial experience in sales, strategic alliances, business development or vendor leadership, with a track record of turning partnerships into measurable growth. You understand how hyperscale cloud businesses operate and can move comfortably between commercial strategy, vendor engagement and technical conversation. You know how to build plans that scale globally while still working in the reality of regional market needs. You are confident connecting the dots across multiple functions and bringing people together behind a shared commercial goal. You are energized by performance data and can translate complex information into clear decisions and practical action. You have proven success leading go-to-market strategy, enablement and growth programs that help teams perform at a higher level. You are comfortable building executive relationships and influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally. You lead with resilience, clarity and perspective, especially when priorities shift or the path forward is not perfectly defined. You can articulate a compelling vision, inspire action and help others understand not just what needs to happen, but why it matters.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is needed. A master’s degree in business or a similar advanced qualification would be welcomed.

Understanding of how hyperscale cloud businesses operate and ability to move comfortably between commercial strategy, vendor engagement and technical conversation. Benefits
Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $232,751 to $290,938.50, or more depending on experience.
