VP of Finance

About the role

Well established, profitable and reputable organization is hiring for a Director of Finance due to a pending retirement. The incumbent will transition the new Director of Finance before retiring. Responsibilities

• Oversight of all accounting functions including month end close, monthly reporting, budgeting/forecasting, internal controls
• Liaison with the CPA firm
• Inventory accounting
• Monitoring KPI’s and providing insights and recommendations to improve policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience with the responsibilities listed above
• Strong supervisor and leadership experience
• Understanding of core costing concepts
• Any HR experience is a plus

Pay

Base salary range: $125,000 - $160,000
