VP of Finance

Position Title: VP of Finance This is an opportunity to step into the highest-level finance role within a stable, established organization and work directly with ownership on the decisions shaping the business. We are seeking a VP of Finance to lead strategic finance across a significant multi-location restaurant operation and commercial real estate portfolio. Partnering closely with the Owner and COO, this leader will own cash flow forecasting, financial planning, debt and financing strategy, financial modeling, capital structure analysis, and evaluation of major investments and business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly analytical finance leader with 7–10 years of experience in a multi-location retail or restaurant environment who understands how to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business decisions.
