VP of Finance

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance to partner closely with the CFO and operational leaders across the organization. This role will lead financial planning, reporting, analytics, and performance improvement initiatives while helping drive financial results across a growing long-term care portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop and maintain financial reports, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
• Drive reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
• Serve as the primary liaison with reporting and analytics software vendors

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance, FP&A, or financial leadership experience
• 2+ years supporting a healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care organization
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Long-term care or senior living experience
• Experience with reporting and automation tools
• CPA, MBA, or other advanced credentials
