About the Company

ACPWB was founded in Milwaukee in 2006 with a simple mandate: help working Americans understand and advocate for the compensation they deserve. The culture is best described as high standards, low bureaucracy, with a focus on output and impact rather than hours or visibility. The firm is a full-service research and advisory practice serving clients from early-stage employers to Fortune 50 enterprises.

  • Deliver an internal presentation sharing key insights from your first major client engagement
  • Produce at least one deliverable that appears in a client's board materials or proxy statement
  • Become the team's internal reference point for at least one specific technical domain or methodology area
