VP of Engineering - Power Management
Integrated Power Services is seeking a visionary VP of Engineering to lead our Power Management division. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of power systems and a proven track record in engineering leadership.

The VP of Engineering will be responsible for driving innovation in power management solutions, mentoring a team of engineers, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced power management technologies
- Mentor and develop a team of engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects
- Experience in power management systems and technologies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience in managing a team of engineers
- Knowledge of industry certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc. (optional)

Salary range: $200,000 - $300,000 annually
