What You Will Do Scale the engineering organization by hiring and developing exceptional talent specialized in the intersection of AI, mathematics, and formal methods.Act as the critical bridge between research and engineering teams to ensure theoretical breakthroughs are successfully integrated into shipping products.Implement right-sized processes that provide enough structure to scale the organization effectively without compromising the team's speed or experimental agility.
