VP of Employee Benefits - Insurance Agency

About the role

The VP of Employee Benefits at our agency is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This individual must have extensive experience in managing large-scale benefit plans and a deep understanding of current industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of all employee benefit programs.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Stay updated on new developments in the employee benefits market and implement changes as necessary.
• Work closely with employees to gather feedback and improve the quality of benefits offered.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving employee benefit programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various types of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
• Experience with benefit plan design, administration, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
