About the role
This is a highly visible leadership role partnering directly with the Head of Benefits, with ownership of the U.S. Benefits portfolio while contributing to global initiatives across EMEA and APAC.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design and delivery of the U.S. Benefits portfolio, including 401(k), Health & Welfare, and Benefits Operations.
- Partner directly with the Head of Benefits to shape and execute the firm's long-term Benefits strategy.
- Lead key U.S. initiatives while contributing to global Benefits projects across EMEA and APAC.
- Drive vendor management, governance, compliance and operational excellence.
- Evaluate market trends and introduce innovative Benefits solutions that enhance the employee experience.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Payroll and HR leadership to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership on strategic Benefits initiatives.
Requirements
We're looking for a strategic Benefits leader who combines executive-level thinking with deep operational expertise.
Qualifications
- Significant experience leading U.S. Benefits within a complex, high-performing organization.
- Deep expertise across 401(k), Health & Welfare, Benefits Operations and vendor management.
- Experience within Private Equity, Investment Management, Hedge Funds, Banking or broader Financial Services.
- Exposure to global Benefits programs or international projects.
- A track record of influencing senior leaders and driving meaningful change.
- Strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
