About the role

Incident.io is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role will be responsible for defining and driving the vision for our product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and constraints.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the prioritization of features and initiatives based on market demand, user feedback, and business impact.
  • Manage the product launch process, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Ensure the product meets high standards of quality and usability through rigorous testing and user feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and product management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about building products that solve real-world problems.
  • Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps principles.
  • Knowledge of SaaS product development and deployment.

Skills

Pay

Salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
