About the role
Incident.io is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our product.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Lead the product development process from ideation through launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Measure and analyze product performance, using data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software engineering or technology products.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Passionate about building innovative solutions that solve real-world problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with product management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and product development processes.
Skills
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Experience with product analytics tools and metrics.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
