Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating all commercial lending activities of the organization
• Developing and approving commercial lending policies and interest rate structures
• Making credit decisions beyond delegated staff authority
• Providing leadership and guidance to lending staff
• Maintaining an active portfolio of commercial relationships

Requirements

• 5-10 years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
• College degree in Finance or related field
• Leadership experience in the Financial Industry

Pay

• Starting Range: $108,029.45/yr.
• Full Range: $108,029.45/yr. - $162,271.41
