The ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk, Controls, or a related risk function within financial services and current or prior experience working with business stakeholders in a 1st line risk function.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders across Institutional Banking in a 1st Line Risk function to identify, assess, and mitigate non-financial risks.Support initiatives to strengthen non-financial risk frameworks, governance practices, and control programs across the organization.Execute risk management activities including risk assessments, issue remediation, control monitoring, and risk reporting.Monitor key risk issues, regulatory developments, and emerging trends to support effective risk management and decision-making.Qualifications7+ years of experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk, Controls, Governance or related risk management within the financial services industry.Current or prior experience in 1st line non-financial risk function.Strong understanding of non-financial risk frameworks and controls environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in the VP Non-Financial Risk (1st Line Risk) opportunity, please apply.
