VP, Network Strategy and Management Solutions

We are seeking a VP, Network Strategy and Management Solutions to lead provider network strategy and execution across multiple markets for a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This executive will partner closely with hospital, physician, and health‑center stakeholders to shape network growth, contracting outcomes, and long‑term provider relationships, while guiding financial planning, forecasting, and advisory engagement efforts that support broader organizational network goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and execution for the organization’s ICHRA product.
• Build and expand provider networks with dedicated rates.
• Negotiate contracts with hospitals, physicians, and health centers.
• Develop and implement network strategies across multiple markets.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for network strategies and costs.
• Coordinate provider advisory boards and maintain leadership relationships.
• Evaluate opportunities for network expansion or modification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required).
• MBA (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare administration, network development, or provider/payor contracting.
• Expertise in provider network development strategy and contract negotiations.
• Management experience with staff hiring, training, and performance management.

Pay

$171,900 – $326,900 annually
