VP National Sales

For our client, we are seeking a VP National Sales to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. In this remote leadership role, you will shape and execute the national sales strategy to drive profitable growth across the organization's service offerings. You will partner closely with service line leaders to set performance goals, identify new market opportunities, and convert those insights into actionable growth initiatives. The role also requires building strong relationships with national brokers, insurers, and other key stakeholders in the Canadian market. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute the national sales and growth strategy Establish annual sales goals and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to support profitable growth Collaborate with service line leaders to create targeted growth initiatives Drive new business acquisition across all service offerings Build and strengthen relationships with national brokers and insurers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related discipline preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive business development or sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in Insurance & Claims Demonstrated success leading national sales strategies and revenue growth initiatives Established network within the Canadian insurance and broker community Proven track record of securing large national accounts and partnerships Benefits Annual performance-based bonus incentive Comprehensive health and dental benefits Flexible remote/hybrid work environment Professional development and training opportunities Paid vacation and personal days Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
