VP Manufacturing

About the role

In this senior leadership role, you will guide global manufacturing strategy and oversee a multi-regional production network that supports growth, quality, and operational performance. You will partner closely with internal teams, external manufacturing partners, and suppliers to strengthen capacity planning, sustainability, and long-range execution. This position also plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement, governance, and compliance across a complex technology manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global manufacturing strategies across internal and external partners.
• Lead a multi-regional production network to support growth and quality standards.
• Drive long-range planning for capacity optimization and sustainability.
• Champion continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure high operational performance across the company's facilities and contract manufacturers.
• Oversee global quality governance and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead the manufacturing roadmap for advanced technologies and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global manufacturing.
• 7+ years in a senior executive role managing international manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in technology manufacturing and specialized materials.
• Proven track record managing large-scale P&L and capital budgets.
• Experience with global suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Pay

$231,360 – $347,040 annually
