About the role

The Vice President, Managed Services Growth and Offering Management will own the growth, strategy, and market success of Infor’s global ERP application management and support portfolio. They will scale managed services as a high-growth business line, drive revenue growth, monetize new commercial service offerings, and facilitate the modernization of service delivery through AI and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global ERP Managed Services portfolio, driving adoption, growth, and customer value.
  • Set the multi-year vision and GTM strategy with executive leadership, continuously evolving offerings to strengthen customer sentiment and delivered value.
  • Create, package, price, and launch new managed-service offerings, owning full commercialization.
  • Build monetization models that convert capabilities into scalable revenue and identify market white space as the organization’s strategic voice.
  • Lead competitive benchmarking of Infor’s managed services portfolio and translate insights into differentiated positioning and refined go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Global Delivery to resolve ERP issues through new offerings and innovation.
  • Operationalize new service pillars, uphold SLAs and escalation protocols, drive continuous improvement, and modernize delivery with AI, automation, and advanced tooling.
  • Maintain a continuous customer-feedback loop to inform the offering roadmap.
  • Proactively manage client risk and customer-health metrics to elevate sentiment across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on GTM strategy, messaging, enablement, and demand generation.
  • Equip Sales to sell the portfolio, co-own strategic pursuits, drive managed-services attach rates, and hold pricing authority for competitive deals.
  • Build and scale a high-performing global team of ERP architects, engineers, and service delivery managers.
  • Establish KPIs, career paths, and succession plans while fostering continuous learning across evolving SaaS and on-premise ERP platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience monetizing commercial service offerings for a large, complex, global organization; conceiving, pricing, packaging, launching, and scaling offerings into profitable, repeatable revenue.
  • Experience as a progressive leader in enterprise software, IT service management, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience owning the success of a service offering or portfolio at scale; driving revenue growth, gross-margin improvement, adoption, and customer value.
  • Experience in the ERP software industry and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience applying automation and AI to streamline, scale, and improve the quality of service delivery and the offering portfolio.
  • Experience building, leading and scaling large, globally distributed teams, with the executive presence to influence and build trust at the C-suite and board level.
  • Experience in the business processes and activities of key Infor-focused industries (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, healthcare).

  • Enterprise SaaS / ERP and managed-services expertise.
  • Record of bringing successful offerings to market, owning the success and growth of a service portfolio, and continuously elevating customer value.
  • Experience in the business processes and activities of key Infor-focused industries (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, healthcare).
  • Experience scaling a services business line and growing recurring revenue.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The role is remote, allowing flexibility in location. However, there may be occasional travel requirements as needed.
