Job Summary
The Vice President, Global Key Account Management is a senior commercial leader responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for SaniSure’s most critical biopharma and CDMO accounts. This role is pivotal in advancing SaniSure’s strategic priorities — including accelerating growth in single-use solutions, expanding global market presence, and delivering operational excellence — while building long-term, value-driven partnerships with customers supporting life-saving therapies.
Essential Functions
- Define and lead SaniSure’s global key account strategy in alignment with corporate priorities, including growth in single-use systems, global expansion, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to overall commercial and business strategy as a member of the senior leadership team; establish strong alignment with the CEO, CRO, and BU leaders to ensure key accounts support broader business objectives.
- Serve as executive sponsor for top-tier accounts, leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), strategic planning cycles, and KPI tracking while providing data-driven updates on account performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and execute multi-year global account strategies aligned with customer pipelines, manufacturing footprints, and outsourcing strategies; drive preferred supplier agreements, long-term supply partnerships, and innovation collaborations.
- Own global revenue, margin, and growth targets for assigned accounts; drive disciplined commercial execution including global pricing strategies and complex contract negotiations.
- Expand engagement across clinical and commercial programs to increase share of wallet and position SaniSure as the preferred partner for single-use solutions.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless and scalable customer experience.
- Leverage voice-of-customer insights and biopharma/CDMO market trends to influence product development, innovation, and SaniSure’s positioning as a proactive, solutions-oriented partner.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global key account management team; establish clear performance expectations, coach on strategic selling and executive engagement, and drive talent development and succession planning.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in biopharma, life sciences, or a CDMO environment, with proven success managing and growing global key accounts within bioprocessing or single-use solutions.
- Deep understanding of biopharma manufacturing, fluid management systems, GMP environments, and single-use bioprocess solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to align commercial strategy with enterprise priorities and KPIs, with experience leading global teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels.
- Proven commercial acumen with expertise in complex contract negotiation, KPI-driven performance management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Change leadership mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and organizational scalability.
