VP II, Software Engineering

Description

The VP of IT Development will work with the IT leadership in conjunction with business stakeholders to define, design and implement technology solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and support the strategic objectives of Credit One Digital Bank.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or related field. Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
• 8-12 years of progressive Information Technology experience; 5 or more years of management and strategic experience.
• Proficiency with mobile app development using native technologies (iOS & Android).
• Proficiency with JS frameworks (e.g.: React, Angular, NodeJS), SQL and NoSQL DBMS (e.g.: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Firebase, Elastic), Object-oriented development (e.g.: Java, Node.js).
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively and follow up ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results.
• Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in Retail Banking (CDs, HYSA, Check-in, Payments).
• Experience working with Finxact, Savana or similar core banking & servicing platforms.
