We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of mission-critical applications across the full technology stack.
Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications supporting critical business capabilities.
Architect and deliver modern, cloud-native applications leveraging microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
Develop responsive, scalable, and secure front-end solutions using modern web frameworks and user-centric design principles.
Design and implement high-performance backend services that support real-time transaction processing, data integration, and workflow automation.
Build reusable components, frameworks, and shared services that accelerate delivery and promote engineering consistency.
Drive adoption of cloud-native engineering practices, DevSecOps methodologies, and automated software delivery pipelines.
Collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence.
Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and code quality initiatives across engineering teams.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers while promoting engineering excellence and continuous learning.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and audit requirements.
Support modernization and transformation initiatives, including migration of legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures.
Required Experience
12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building enterprise-scale applications across frontend and backend technologies.
Proven track record designing, developing, and operating highly available, mission-critical systems within large enterprise environments.
Strong experience building cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Hands-on expertise developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.
Deep experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevSecOps practices.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and fault-tolerant architectures.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices across development organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business priorities and technical excellence.
Domain Expertise – Wealth & Financial Services
Strong understanding of wealth management, brokerage, custody, or financial services platforms.
Familiarity with financial transactions, portfolios, investment products, and market data ecosystems.
Experience building systems requiring high precision, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
Understanding of securities processing, order management, trading workflows, or client servicing platforms.
Experience supporting systems subject to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of financial data integration, reporting, and operational workflows is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Backend Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and Messaging Platforms (Kafka, MQ).
Frontend Technologies: React, Angular, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, and Modern UI Frameworks.
Cloud & DevOps: AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes and Docker, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Infrastructure as Code platforms, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
Data Technologies: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra, Caching technologies including Redis or similar platforms.
Engineering Practices: Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, Automated Testing and Quality Engineering, Application Monitoring and Observability, Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
