VP, Human Resources

About the role

This leadership role will shape the organization's global people strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives. The VP, Human Resources will guide workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness in support of business objectives. This individual will also build a high-performing HR Business Partner team and help drive change, performance enablement, and operational transformation across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business goals
• Partner with senior leaders to advise on talent planning and organizational design
• Build and manage a high-performing HR Business Partner team
• Drive change management and performance enablement within the organization
• Cultivate influential relationships to support operational transformation
• Facilitate leadership meetings to enhance capability and effectiveness
• Establish and implement continuous improvement strategies to support growth

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on leadership and team management
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
• Proven success partnering with senior leadership in Human Resources
• Experience in a fast-paced biotech or life sciences environment
• Direct experience with executive compensation and incentive sales compensation is a plus
• Strong executive presence and leadership influence
• Flexible approach to adjusting priorities based on business needs

Location: Lexington, MA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $310,000 – $345,000 annually
