Responsibilities
- Lead HR Business Partners to support corporate functions
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Champion data-driven decision making through workforce analytics
- Anticipate workforce trends to shape future talent strategies
- Ensure proactive HR support that aligns with business needs
- Lead Employee Relations strategy aligned with company culture
- Provide executive guidance on complex employee relations issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, labor relations, or related field
- 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Experience leading HR Business Partners
- Experience with employee relations and employment compliance
- Familiarity with supporting senior leaders in large organizations

$260,109 – $338,142 annually
