This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Business Partners to support corporate functions
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
• Champion data-driven decision making through workforce analytics
• Anticipate workforce trends to shape future talent strategies
• Ensure proactive HR support that aligns with business needs
• Lead Employee Relations strategy aligned with company culture
• Provide executive guidance on complex employee relations issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, labor relations, or related field
• 15 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
• Experience leading HR Business Partners
• Experience with employee relations and employment compliance
• Familiarity with supporting senior leaders in large organizations

Pay

$260,109 – $338,142 annually
