VP, Head of Global Benefits

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Head of Global Benefits to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will shape and execute a global benefits strategy that supports workforce needs, strengthens governance, and aligns with enterprise priorities. The role will partner closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure benefits programs are effective, compliant, and competitively structured. In addition, this position will drive financial stewardship, operational excellence, and the continued evolution of benefits technology to improve the employee experience.

Location: Austin, TX – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global benefits strategy aligned with company priorities and workforce needs.
• Establish governance frameworks for effective decision‑making and compliance.
• Lead financial strategy for benefits programs, overseeing budget and investment management.
• Ensure operational excellence in benefits administration and service delivery.
• Drive the evolution of benefits technology to enhance employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in global benefits or a related field preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience managing complex global programs across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise‑level strategies and operational models.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and investment analysis.
• Proven track record in influencing senior leaders and navigating organizational change.

Pay

Compensation: $222,500 – $360,000 annually
