VP, Group Account Supervisor

Position Overview

The VP, GAS is the Account team leader within their assigned accounts, responsible for establishing and maintaining client/agency strategic partnerships, providing ongoing strategic oversight of assigned accounts, and maintaining agency business practices and financial standards across territory while driving team performance and development, quality work execution, client satisfaction, and agency growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or client-side product management
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports
• Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies
• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree in business or science preferred

Pay

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000
