VP/General Manager - Defense Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization with full P&L management and operational oversight
• Rigorous control over business performance and timely response to issues
• Review and refine operating plans to drive strategic actions
• Identify growth opportunities through market expansion and new products
• Oversee product development initiatives and long-term planning
• Establish commitments for timely market deliveries and lead times
• Collaborate on branding strategies and ensure execution aligns with product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, advanced degree preferred
• 10-12 years in defense industry business management
• Expertise with Process Industry market drivers
• Experience managing complex multi-product and multi-value stream operations
• Strong negotiation skills with large international supply chains
• Familiarity with regulatory standards: ASME, ISO 9000, etc.
• Background in manufacturing operations, Sales, and Marketing
