About the role

We're looking for a visionary leader to lead one or more of our local content centers and monetization and marketing teams. This role involves leading strategy, driving growth, fostering culture, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Help us thrive by amplifying our market presence and aligning teams with strategic goals.
  • Maximize share of wallet across all media platforms and guide teams to hit revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement innovative business plans, analyze market trends, and ensure team success.
  • Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams, shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Dive deep into competitive landscapes and audience data to fuel expansion strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, advertisers, community leaders, and industry partners.
  • Bring strong digital acumen and leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation and revenue growth.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and believe culture is a leadership responsibility.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in senior management level roles, ideally in media, digital, or broadcasting.
  • Strategic vision and ability to get things done.
  • Regulatory savvy and understanding of broadcasting regulations, content guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Relationship builder with strong communication and connection skills.
  • Digital first mindset and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Growth mindset and ability to adapt and push boundaries.

Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license, up-to-date insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary for connecting with clients and teams in your community.

Pay

The base salary compensation range for this role is $165,000 to $185,000 plus performance-based bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
