Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Manage policy deployment in all areas of functional Operations, Sales, Finance and Engineering.
- Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development.
- Provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships.
- Plan & execute actions to meet or exceed business unit and corporate objectives.
- Recommend improvements to the President on shared divisional policies, practices and other issues.
- Support the development, implementation and achievement of overall corporate strategic plans and objectives.
- Plan and execute capital investments and improvement projects.
- Participate and assist with acquisition activities.
- Daily supervision of a team of managers, supervisors and administrative personnel.
- Participate on corporate committees.
- Manage compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop metrics and dashboard utilization.
- Develop goals and metrics to drive growth and refine activities as needed with monitoring the projected effects of forecasts on the business unit.
- Ensure high standards for quality, OSHA, and safety.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
