VP, Framing Client Services

Primary responsibilities

• Develop a program for you and your team to work with BYLD’s framing clients to ensure we are meeting their needs, and they are succeeding on their projects.
• Onboard new clients and customers: Work with our business development teams to develop and maintain relationships with our framing client network.
• People & culture: Manage staffing requirements, onboard and develop employees. Work with our processing teams to ensure BYLD’s customers are receiving materials on time. Work with our external project teams to ensure their projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Project Management: Work with our project management and supervisor teams to support our clients in project delivery.
• Led by example. Promote an environment of clear, open and constructive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting and manage your team’s P&L.
• Risk management: Develop plans to manage and mitigate issues with non-conforming materials.

Required skills and experience

• 10+ yrs. experience in light gauge steel framing and construction management
• Strong communication and client management skills
• A proven record of people management
• Basic finance and accounting skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Compensation package

• Competitive Salary (commensurate with experience): $200,000 - $230,000
