VP FP&A - PE Backed

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable business insights
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting, and analytics

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Executive presence with outstanding communication skills
• Ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis
• Experience supporting executive leadership within a complex organization
