About the role
Responsible for leading financial planning and analysis initiatives across the organization, providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board members.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements impacting financial planning and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience with financial reporting and audit processes.

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
