Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees work related to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensures compliance with organizational standards and government regulations (including GAAP).
- Reviews and approves required debt and agency filings, including those for all warehouse and credit facilities.
- Reviews and interprets regulations and provides technical accounting guidance across the organization, including the preparation of technical accounting memos.
- Provides accounting assistance during special projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
- Led and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring and performance management.
- Collaborates with other members of the executive finance management team to align departmental strategy or direction with the overall goals of the organization.
- Develops policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

- This position has direct reports.
- Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- At least 15 years of experience.
- Public accounting experience is a plus.
- General ledger experience a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- CPA License.

- The estimated base pay for this position is the annualized equivalent of $227,000.00 - $268,000.00, depending on experience, qualifications, market location, and other job-related factors.
