VP, Finance Transformation

Our client, a leader in the Media space, is seeking a VP Finance Transformation to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.

Location: Culver City, CA – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an enterprise finance transformation roadmap
• Modernize budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analytical capabilities
• Champion the adoption of next-generation finance technologies and data platforms
• Transform finance operating models, processes, and workflows
• Provide strategic oversight for technology deployment and governance across the enterprise
• Establish transformation management disciplines, including performance measurement and value realization
• Accelerate financial planning and reporting cycles through technology-enabled transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, analytics, or related field; MBA, CPA preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, consulting, transformation, FP&A, or finance systems roles
• Proven success in leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting, reporting, and analytics
• Experience in SAP-based finance environments; familiarity with S/4HANA preferred
• Ability to build business cases and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience with intelligent automation, BI, advanced analytics, or AI in finance

Pay

$240,000 – $290,000 annually
